    Once again, @boostmobile is illegally 🚫 slowing down my internet speed on my 12/5/06 @virginmobileusa when I didn't even sign up for them or parent co. @Sprint. So either you stop illegally slowing down my speeds, or be ready to bring sunscreen for Fed. & State Court. ********!

    Years ago @wyclef and @virginmobileusa made a commercial - there was a **** joke when Jean was in prison - regarding passing the dropped soap - no way would that fly now - @virginmobileusa hasn’t been affected by cancel culture

It says clearly on the email "3 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" and I signed up on 24th and since your support team is not able to apply the offer, I am asking for refund!     @thesis_st8mint @VMUcare I don't know if this was already answered, but the transfer of Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile to Dish Network hasn't happened due to a legal challenge in court. Currently the service is provided by Sprint until further notice.

    Since @virginmobileusa is ceasing to exist, and have slowed down everyone's network as a result of moving to Boost, I'm biting the bullet and moving to @verizon and getting a new phone. I was w/ VM for 15 years.

    @virginmobileusa you do not retain customers by providing poor customer service. Train your staff better so they do not make false promises…that’s how you get disgruntled customers. Complete fail. Leaving Virgin asap
