    Since @virginmobileusa is ceasing to exist, and have slowed down everyone's network as a result of moving to Boost, I'm biting the bullet and moving to @verizon and getting a new phone. I was w/ VM for 15 years.

    @virginmobileusa no other company has a policy in which requires that the phone be active for 9 months ( trust me, my family & I checked). If you or anyone in company was genuinely “sorry” you would be willing to do something for a customer of over 12 years. Your fellow associate also made

    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !
