    never trade a phone into verizon for a new one unless you want to be completely locked in for 2 years and if you want to pay off the phone early you then have to pay the full price bc they void the money off the trade in. 😌 @VerizonSupport u guys blow

    @Verizon @verizonfios @VerizonSupport once again, horrible service. I requested an upgrade to my tv service, received a confirmation email, and then received a survey immediately where I indicated service was great, and then received an email saying DVR is removed.

    @SoccerMostly I really hope not because we need transparency not more covering up of shit calls/overruilings. If this is just because Verizon dropped their sponsorship then that's trash. Part of the coverage so show it damnit.

    @verizon @VerizonSupport I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with one of your support tax who went through all this big hassle to come verify my identity and then tells me he can’t help me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @VerizonSupport it's not cool to try and bully paying customers into taking FIOS. When a repair is requested, you don't refuse to do the repair because of the same. That is disgusting and we see it's time for a new telephone service provider after 60years. #Ridiculous #Sad

    A tractor trailer took out our Verizon line this afternoon. Luckily the man was just getting home fur lunch when it happened. police came right out & Verizon was there within an hour to get our service restored. Chunky wasn’t happy he didn’t have TV or internet fur a couple hours

    @VZWSupport unbelievable. When our pandemic is at its WORST, you guys still disconnect my service because I can not continue to pay $200 a WEEK when my wife and I are out of work! And each time you reconnect, it's ANOTHER $100 I don't have. Been with you over 30 years! Furious!

    I wonder why @verizon and @hansvestberg make it impossible to cancel TV and Phone but keep the same price I am paying for the same internet I have. Your “Customer Service” Supervisor told me that no one in the company has higher decision making authority.

    @NicHulscher Bull ****. Verizon's map says I have G5. It won't even work in my ******* house. I have to use WIFI to make or receive a phone call. 3 years I've been trying to get a discount. WTF am I paying Verizon for services from my internet. Implant - good w/luck customer service.

    @retricted_mov @locolanden67655 @WallStreetApes With a masters degree, I worked at Verizon selling phones with 22 year olds who had no degrees and drove Uber/Lyft when I wasn't working shifts. Of course you can work **** jobs. We did and do. Not sure where you came up with that idea.

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.
