    @Verizon @verizonfios @VerizonSupport once again, horrible service. I requested an upgrade to my tv service, received a confirmation email, and then received a survey immediately where I indicated service was great, and then received an email saying DVR is removed.

    but never fixed the TV issues. Maybe I'm the dumbass for putting up with this for this long. @Verizon @VerizonSupport you have any good offers for Verizon FiOS Internet & TV. I think it's time for a change, as Xfinity is not serious about making things right. @BBBTriCounties

    @VZWSupport Issue started around 11:30am...I restarted phone multiple times..what ever the issue(possibly weather?) It has corrected itself

    @VerizonSupport made an order for a converter box that never showed up. Then rep told us one would be installed with a tech today and the order was never put in. Then we complain and customer services hangs up on us. Great job 👍🏻

    @Verizon @VZWSupport @verizonfios my community has been having HORRIBLE service with Fios and cell phone service this past week. I am a new customer to your cell service. I’m looking to go back to T-mobile or att. It hasn’t been 2 weeks. It’s been a really bad experience.

    @VerizonSupport it's not cool to try and bully paying customers into taking FIOS. When a repair is requested, you don't refuse to do the repair because of the same. That is disgusting and we see it's time for a new telephone service provider after 60years. #Ridiculous #Sad

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs
