When a repair is requested, you don't refuse to do the repair because of the same. That is disgusting and we see it's time for a new telephone service provider after 60years. #Ridiculous #Sad

I requested an upgrade to my tv service, received a confirmation email, and then received a survey immediately where I indicated service was great, and then received an email saying DVR is removed.

Multiple people on other line did same diagnostic over & over, & no one can connect me to a supervisor when asked. Had Verizon for 40 days & 5 problems. Now, must wait till tomorrow to get new box & install myself.

City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
