Luckily the man was just getting home fur lunch when it happened. police came right out & Verizon was there within an hour to get our service restored. When a repair is requested, you don't refuse to do the repair because of the same. That is disgusting and we see it's time for a new telephone service provider after 60years. #Ridiculous #Sad

City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
