    @VZWSupport I need to talk to a supervisor! I paid extra money to ship a phone overnight. Get the phone and been on the phone for two days with support trying to get my sons phone activated. I’m now told it can take until Friday. My son suffers from PTSD anxiety.This isn’t right

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been trying to fix my service for 15 mins now. I haven’t received one bit of service to resolve my issue. Instead you put me in touch with a bot that doesn’t respond at all!

    @VerizonSupport @verizonfios wow your customer support is horrible! Turns out our ONT was bad from point of install and our FIoS tv one box has been not working with parental controls! Tried to get credit for the ONT problem and got told no! I guess we should go to @Xfinity

    @VerizonSupport @Verizon I waited 2 weeks for a technician to come because I have such spotty Internet service… He finally arrives today and tells me there’s nothing he can do -He doesn’t work with DSL! Was supposed to get a call back but haven’t. Frustrated! #CustomerService

    @VZWSupport unbelievable. When our pandemic is at its WORST, you guys still disconnect my service because I can not continue to pay $200 a WEEK when my wife and I are out of work! And each time you reconnect, it's ANOTHER $100 I don't have. Been with you over 30 years! Furious!

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 907pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
