    @RobertDolezal They get paid by the carrier that sends them the call. The issue is there are multiple carriers and they are not all in the US. E.g. a call center in the US can sign up for services from a company in the Philippines that buys the minutes from a carrier in Italy that pays Verizon.

    @verizonfios 100% phenomenal = 100% garbage. I spend over 5k a year on Verizon and have received terrible service on one of my properties. 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks to have Vz screw up my service 3 times. Pls advise if you have anyone on staff who is competent.

    My cable box failed so I contacted @Verizon. They said that given the age of my boxes, I should swap them & my router out for new ones. I didn’t authorize any change in service. Now I’m missing channels and they want to charge me more for what I already had. Can’t be legal.

    @tmissner @DaveMichels I get daily calls to my Verizon Mobile where the CLI is their call centers and I am told there is fraud on my account. They then try to get me to hand over account details so they can login and order phones from my account.

    @Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.

    @LvLupDark @mom_of_littles @Verizon Yeah. AR's have to try and sell you something. Anything with a line of service looks better for their metrics, but if they absolutely have to, they'll sell you whatever they can, like headphones. Just depends which one you go to, i guess.
