I have tried to get the veterans discounts 3x for my cell over the past 4 month and told it was applied to my account only to find out it was never applied. Was told it was $35 but now told it is only $10 too.

Depending on circumstances - usually computers - don’t get better with age (some exceptions); unlike us👍. And of course an iPhone is really more of a handheld networked computer than a phone.

Each of the 5x I’ve called, I’ve been told it was an oversight... give it a billing cycle. Still hasn’t been applied. Horrible u offer service to vets, but won’t apply it.

Never had one issue same price every month! They both suck! They got way too big and think you can't live without them. Then want to make you wait on the phone to see if you just pay it!!

I spend over 5k a year on Verizon and have received terrible service on one of my properties. 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks to have Vz screw up my service 3 times. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!

There are 5.5 million devices for firstnet at $20 per month on ASTS just for first responders and emergency services. Thats 110 million per month for single service. Then there is Verizon Frontline.
