I have tried to get the veterans discounts 3x for my cell over the past 4 month and told it was applied to my account only to find out it was never applied. Was told it was $35 but now told it is only $10 too.

Each of the 5x I’ve called, I’ve been told it was an oversight... give it a billing cycle. Still hasn’t been applied. Horrible u offer service to vets, but won’t apply it.

I spend over 5k a year on Verizon and have received terrible service on one of my properties. 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks to have Vz screw up my service 3 times. Pls advise if you have anyone on staff who is competent.

They said that given the age of my boxes, I should swap them & my router out for new ones. I didn’t authorize any change in service. Now I’m missing channels and they want to charge me more for what I already had. Can’t be legal.

Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!

There are 5.5 million devices for firstnet at $20 per month on ASTS just for first responders and emergency services. Thats 110 million per month for single service. Then there is Verizon Frontline.
