    My phone has water damage & has been sitting in rice since Saturday. I’m only concerned about getting my voicemails & texts back from my friend who passed away. I went to @verizon & they didn’t even attempt to help me. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

    @VZWSupport Vic, Verizon’s service has been completely incompetent for weeks now. For everyone in my area. We need answers and this issue needs to be corrected or we will be forced to search for a new provider. Can you assist?

    @VerizonSupport No you do not. Phone call has exhaustng menus and no easy way to report a simple outages. Now i understand cord cutting @verizon @verizonfios especially when myFios app does not work since I had no service. DAH. Poor design

    @Verizon Verizon you are the worst cell company ever. After 20+ years of service you are forcing me to leave. My phone is less than 4 months old and I will not except a used phone or pay for used phone to replace the device that a software update broke.

    @joe_manniello Yes, really shitty cell service even with the booster supplied by @Verizon. I dumped them for @TMobile and it improved but not enough to get rid of land line.

    @VerizonSupport how come my WiFi isn’t working?? And now my cable box in my bedroom can’t detect a network connection. I was able to work off WiFi on my work laptop but now my cable is acting up and my phone can’t connect to WiFi

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.
