    @Verizon My fiancé has been a customer for 6 years, he ordered a new phone Monday and spent two hours on the phone today trying to figure out what happened to it since we never got it only to be hung up on. Seriously awful service, anyways can anyone recommend someone else???

    @RobertDolezal They get paid by the carrier that sends them the call. The issue is there are multiple carriers and they are not all in the US. E.g. a call center in the US can sign up for services from a company in the Philippines that buys the minutes from a carrier in Italy that pays Verizon.

    @tmissner @DaveMichels It's going to hurt the big lecs like Verizon Wireless that charge for every minute that a call is on their network. For instance there is almost no reason a call should come into their edge with their call centers CLI.

    @tmissner @DaveMichels I get daily calls to my Verizon Mobile where the CLI is their call centers and I am told there is fraud on my account. They then try to get me to hand over account details so they can login and order phones from my account.

    So I had an issue with my iPhone. I wasn’t able to send anything to anyone w an android phone. I called @verizon and the brainiac tells me it’s because I’m out of data so they pulled back my service. No troubleshooting nothing. Turns out it wasn’t that at all. #GobackToSchool

    @fredposner @DaveMichels I have been say this for years. I suspect whatever fix @verizon is going off on will not simply reject the call but answer it and keep the line up for as long as possible.

    @VZWSupport Ok I was told there was problems in my aria. But I commute to north Jersey and witness the same speed problems with 5G. Seems disingenuous at best.

    @VerizonSupport .. For the past few days, the Caller ID alerts have not been showing up on the TV .. I’ve run the troubleshooter thru the STB, but the problem persists .. Thanks for your assistance ..

    Its crazy how when im home, at work or at my moms house I get zero service. Im talkin like 1 2 bars seriously. But here sittin on the beach.. full bars LTE on smash like Wow verizon didnt know the cell towers were kept on or by beaches lol

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 likes for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed like too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.
