-
Christopher Hermanns (@Linen_Guy_Chris) reported from Midland Park, New JerseyThe @ups guy just picked up my @verizonfios cable boxes. So short-sighted of @VerizonSupport but I gave them the chance to keep me as a customer. Now they’ll only have me until the $175 #earlyterminationfee is done. All I wanted was internet-only. #goodriddance
-
Barbz (@barbzd5) reported from Westwood, New Jersey@verizonfios Verizon sucks. You are the most frustrating company ever

We'll pay for our first and will be our last month of service with us being new residents in Paramus this is not good. I'm going to check with Verizon because here on Forsythia Lane bad service

StaciAnnBlank (@StaciAnn) reported from Norwood, New Jersey@mara_wallach It’s still frozen. I can’t even talk about it. I’ll watch after work tomorrow. **** it. I hate fios- and tomorrow I’ll find out who else services our area. I guess paying 300 a month isn’t enough.
-
techyogi (@techyogi) reported from Ridgewood, New Jersey@VerizonSupport you’re losing a $6000/year customer of 20 years today due to your incompetent (or fraudulent) handling of a $600 invalid charge for an early upgrade phone I returned. Hope it was worth it. You had two months to fix it

-
Peter J. DePasquale, Ph.D. (@peterdepasquale) reported from Allendale, New Jersey@kateesackhoff @verizon @TMobile I find it ironic that it takes a public tweet for a company to react and appreciate a long-standing customer. Honoring and aggressively pricing your product for companies and individuals who have bought your goods and services for a long time should be how a company does business
-
Anthony Jedi Knight (@tonydec3) reported from Hillsdale Manor, New Jerseywow how dissatisfied and disappointing the service in @VerizonSupport @Verizon Wireless truly waiting over 40 mins back and forth with client services to transfer me to sales department and nobody has any solutions and for last you hang up on me!!!! wow simply wow

-
Felicia’s Patna (@ULoving4) reported@Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.
-
Natural of Fact (@jason_mozi22597) reported@TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.
-
Frank TRÜ Morgan (@FrankTru1) reportedFor the F*king record @Xfinity is the f*king worst you could ever have or choose to deal with. #Crooks #Thieves and #Liars is the service they provide along with all their subpar equipment and "expertise" @Verizon @verizonfios here I come.

Cris Rogers (@Crisrogers) reported@ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. -
fine$hit (@eribubb) reported**** Verizon
-
The Millennials (@Whoisballing) reported@GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
