Again, Verizon was way better than AT&T, and still bad. People love to say government is bad, but NY State DMV is so streamlined and friendly now, you can make an appointment and be out in under 10 minutes. It's all about desire, not who is doing it.

Today while the rep was telling me how she couldn’t find/fix the problem I made the proud jump over to @Verizon. They had me set up and moved my number in 10 minutes. (Also 10 dollars cheaper/same plan)
