    @VerizonSupport The verizon team that fix the cable that was hanging on the street is the one that asked my info and asure someone was coming, unfortunately I didn’t think on asking for a case number. He did guarantee that someone was coming today but I guess I can’t trust Verizon work ethic

    @VerizonSupport you’re losing a $6000/year customer of 20 years today due to your incompetent (or fraudulent) handling of a $600 invalid charge for an early upgrade phone I returned. Hope it was worth it. You had two months to fix it

    @mara_wallach It’s still frozen. I can’t even talk about it. I’ll watch after work tomorrow. **** it. I hate fios- and tomorrow I’ll find out who else services our area. I guess paying 300 a month isn’t enough.

    @VerizonSupport The on-line process was unsuccessful, we tried that first. I was able to get help from 9 other vendors without delay.

    i officially hate @verizon. on the phone for 50 minutes only to be transferred from IT to “customer service” and disconnected in that process. Now i have to start all over with new rep bc i can’t get the original rep who was with me for 50 minutes. WTH. ive been at it since 10am

    @OptimumHelp When will we get service back in Park Ridge NJ? Since 2:30 AM today, we have had no phone, tv, nor internet service. Eighteen hours have passed and no service and no communication! Thank God we have Verizon wireless for mobile.

    @VZWSupport you tout on TNF all this development for 5G yet I live less than 18 miles from NYC and can barely get a cell signal on my new IPhone at home. Fix that network first.

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @KassMiass Yes. 1. I have a Verizon phone & MiFi wireless internet. If I go over my 15 gigs or whatever limit, I crawl at 600 mps. Total for both is $86.00 a month. 2. I have DirecTV. Costs me $125 per month. Basically no channels I like. Been a customer since 1990.
