    @annacodutti Our carrier is Verizon and the call still goes through. We notified @Apple @AppleSupport yesterday, they mentioned they're aware of it. They couldn't offer a solution. There's not much they can do, I guess. The call origin. from India.

    @VZWSupport Iโ€™m not getting service at all! Iโ€™ll be out and all of the sudden I have no service, happened to me 5 times already and I had the phone two weeks already. For it to work I have to restart my phone

    @VZWSupport Never on WiFi, the times it happened was early after noon and early evening and once late night. I would be in stores trying to use their apps, or I would be in a car trying to call. Device is up to date because it is a new phone.

    The @ups guy just picked up my @verizonfios cable boxes. So short-sighted of @VerizonSupport but I gave them the chance to keep me as a customer. Now theyโ€™ll only have me until the $175 #earlyterminationfee is done. All I wanted was internet-only. #goodriddance

    @VerizonSupport The on-line process was unsuccessful, we tried that first. I was able to get help from 9 other vendors without delay.

    @VZWSupport I do have bars that read 5G when not on WiFi but I can be out and just out of no where it goes from having service to no cars at all just shallow dots and itโ€™ll read no service

    One thing is clear. #wireless @ATT even though they have twitter name @ATTCares they do not care, 10 year customer finds out I choose wrong company, sorry that because stroke I could not return tablet in time not even get it to activate shouldhavswitched @verizon @TMobile

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in โ€œSOS modeโ€ and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @grok @Jason I have been with Verizon for 23 years and I am done. I have to drive 2 hours to a corporate store to get help otherwise I deal with people who i cant understand and are not incitivised to help me. I cant wait for Starlink to make cell service.
