    @VZWSupport I do have bars that read 5G when not on WiFi but I can be out and just out of no where it goes from having service to no cars at all just shallow dots and it’ll read no service

    @Cdub470 OK but they all do. I think @Verizon has come a very long way from the DSL days, when they still acted like a monopoly in terms of customer service.

    @Verizon tried to upgrade my phone- now had THE WORST customer service experience. >1hr on hold on the phone, told to come to the store. Drove to the store only to be greeted by rude staff who told me they couldn’t help and I had to deal with the online team. Time to switch?

    @OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

    @VerizonSupport you’re losing a $6000/year customer of 20 years today due to your incompetent (or fraudulent) handling of a $600 invalid charge for an early upgrade phone I returned. Hope it was worth it. You had two months to fix it

    @Msharktwit @verizonfios And it's back up. The @verizon wireless network was good all along so I switched to a Hotspot. Now Fios is back. @PSEGdelivers also seems to have significantly hardened its grid or added redundancy. We're humming along! #Respect

    @TMobile is the snake of wireless. They told me they had to switch my sprint plan to something compatible with T-Mobile. I’m now paying $40 more per month for a shittier plan with crap service. @Verizon I think I’m coming on over!

    @VerizonSupport I want to reactivate my service with just the gigabit connection. Was told to do the mix and match plan which can only be done online. Live chat told me only customer service can remove other products

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
