Always delays and punt but still no actual fix and I can’t use insurance I paid Verizon for because I’m past due on money I do. Not. Owe. done with greedy overpriced incompetent fools

    Super excited that I was finally, after being a customer for almost 4 years with Verizon, was able to redeem my 1100 points ! Exactly what I need to get a $10 dollar gift card I log on to redeem, only to find out they expired yesterday................ what the flip. @verizonfios

    The @ups guy just picked up my @verizonfios cable boxes. So short-sighted of @VerizonSupport but I gave them the chance to keep me as a customer. Now they’ll only have me until the $175 #earlyterminationfee is done. All I wanted was internet-only. #goodriddance

    I’ve honestly had it enough of @Verizon ‘s bull ****. We pay way to ******* much for their internet and phone, and their service is becoming a ******* annoyance with it constantly not working and disconnecting randomly. I switched to my own personal routers for more control

    @AlticeUSA @optimum I have NEVER in my entire LIFE experienced this HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have never ONCE resolved ANY issue of mine. I rather have NO CABLE than have to deal with this terrible service. If only @verizonfios was in my area now. Miss you Verizon!

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.
