    @VZWSupport Iโ€™m not getting service at all! Iโ€™ll be out and all of the sudden I have no service, happened to me 5 times already and I had the phone two weeks already. For it to work I have to restart my phone

    @VZWSupport Never on WiFi, the times it happened was early after noon and early evening and once late night. I would be in stores trying to use their apps, or I would be in a car trying to call. Device is up to date because it is a new phone.

    @Cdub470 OK but they all do. I think @Verizon has come a very long way from the DSL days, when they still acted like a monopoly in terms of customer service.

    @optimum you service is complete trash. Switched from Fios to Optimum about a year ago and all itโ€™s been is problems. Pay for โ€œfastโ€ internet that I am not even receiving. What an absolute joke.

    @VerizonSupport I want to reactivate my service with just the gigabit connection. Was told to do the mix and match plan which can only be done online. Live chat told me only customer service can remove other products

    This is crazy. We spent hours on the phone with @Verizon for them to say they can't fix the internet until next week (not like we have to work or anything). Then they send a car to my neighbors house? This company is a joke.

    @Verizon Iโ€™ve been trying to get a fraud claim filed with you guys for almost three years now and no one in the fraud, collections or customer service departments will help me. I have been in contact with my lawyer and will need to resort to legal action if this continues.

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 907pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
