    @Verizon tried to upgrade my phone- now had THE WORST customer service experience. >1hr on hold on the phone, told to come to the store. Drove to the store only to be greeted by rude staff who told me they couldn’t help and I had to deal with the online team. Time to switch?

    @comcastcares I am really getting fed up with Comcast. I recorded shows to avoid commercials and my DVR says there’s an error and makes me watch the show On Demand. If I wanted to watch commercials I wouldn’t need the damn DVR!! Might be time to switch to #Verizon

    @VZWSupport Never on WiFi, the times it happened was early after noon and early evening and once late night. I would be in stores trying to use their apps, or I would be in a car trying to call. Device is up to date because it is a new phone.

    @OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas.
