Again, Verizon was way better than AT&T, and still bad. People love to say government is bad, but NY State DMV is so streamlined and friendly now, you can make an appointment and be out in under 10 minutes. It's all about desire, not who is doing it.

They are quickly working to restore service. If you have home WiFi they advise you should enable it on your devices. Will update as info rec’d.
