    @verizon Hi Verizon—you have the absolute worst customer service and e-support of any company I have ever dealt with. Rude,disrespectful and talk at the same time I answer their questions. One agent just hung up on me. 3 days + 5 hours lost. All bcuz I wanted to pay bill online!

    Your technicians came out here when everything was working fine, messed with the wires, disconnected our service and left. And we have to sit here until Friday now and wait for them to come back?! Where is the logic? How will we be compensated? @VerizonSupport

    @VerizonSupport our line from street to house is down and severed. Have tried since Tuesday to make this report. Don’t ask me to try rebooting again. Am very concerned about safety. We need to be on the repair list and given a ticket number to follow.

    @VerizonSupport Save it. I’ve had enough! Weeks I’ve been trying and I still can’t get real person on the phone to remedy the issue. I waited all day for a call back that never came. And your DM chat is just as bad so no thanks. I want a direct number to a person that can help me.

    Verizon “Custom Experience” is gross. Tracks your mobile app and web browsing to market stuff to you, but branded as customer benefit. Opt out asap, and block from other lines on your account.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @NicHulscher Bull ****. Verizon's map says I have G5. It won't even work in my ******* house. I have to use WIFI to make or receive a phone call. 3 years I've been trying to get a discount. WTF am I paying Verizon for services from my internet. Implant - good w/luck customer service.
