    @VZWSupport Trying to port my number to verizon. Says number no longer in service and my phone shows a new caller ID when I call people. I thought porting was usually pretty fast. Never had a number say it was disconnected before.

    While I'm here just want to give this to @Verizon Wife broke her phone today so we went to get a new phone. Guys in the store were so unhelpful and rude, we left and switched to @ATT

    @VZWSupport every few days we have problems with internet connection and it takes ages to get to talk to real person. We even upgraded the router. Nothing helps.

    It’s tough to fathom how awful the customer service was @Verizon Rte 10 store in East Hanover. Made me wait an hour to hand me a phone number to replace a damaged phone. Tell all of your friends. They take their customers for granted. Time to explore other options.

    Verizon fios is the worst! For $2500 a year you think I could watch a movie with out it cutting out/ scrambling. Poor response from customer service, always a different excuse or reason

    Just a quick follow up. Although I do feel 22 hours is a long time when there are no weather or power issues, @Verizon did show up in full force to fix the neighborhood outage and had a Manager on site to oversee. Thank you @VerizonSupport

    Just had to switch from Verizon Fios to @optimum Altice because moved and had no choice. It has been a horror story from the get go. It wasn’t installed correctly, they never checked if WiFi was working, it hasn’t worked from the beginning PLUS there’s been an outage for days!

    @VZWSupport No reps on the phone. Just a waste of time automated version that directs you to an online bot that does not help. I need to speak to a human so i can have questions answered

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Dropped calls dropped from top reason to least important reason for leaving. Coverage is good enough. Speed does not stop churn. The data proves network investment no longer buys loyalty. 📶🛑 #Wireless #DataAnalytics

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
