    @BernieSanders It is totally unconstitutional to violate the US Postal Service. We depend upon them for the mail in our lives there is a way to save them is to make them deliver the internet they more reliable then AT&T or Verizon at a better price

    @VerizonSupport as I mentioned I have called all of last week and not any day where i spent 45 plus minutes just to get a live person on the line there never was a supervisor on duty. All I understood was the Sanford Florida location has no supervisors.

    Just had to switch from Verizon Fios to @optimum Altice because moved and had no choice. It has been a horror story from the get go. It wasn’t installed correctly, they never checked if WiFi was working, it hasn’t worked from the beginning PLUS there’s been an outage for days!

    @VerizonSupport @verizonfios I have received 3 emails and 3 text messages in the last 2 days about my account but can’t speak with a financial services supervisor to assist me with a billing issue. all i want is fios to keep an agreement.

    @Verizon has the worst customer service ever. They make buying a new phone THE most painful process ever. Im handing my money over (because thats all they care about) and are making it impossible for me to buy a new phone. Ridiculous.

    Just a quick follow up. Although I do feel 22 hours is a long time when there are no weather or power issues, @Verizon did show up in full force to fix the neighborhood outage and had a Manager on site to oversee. Thank you @VerizonSupport

    And there’s other options that make to cheaper but my mom doesn’t want she wants Verizon Verizon is 1800 per year for David Muir and 1800 a year for cell service

    I have been a @Verizon customer for 20 years. I tried to get a new phone talking to a rep yesterday. She added a line and phone by "accident" and couldn't remove it but said they are being shipped and to just return the one. Today it says purchased in store. Now I'm on the phone

    Dear @Apple @AppleSupport , you gave me a blacklisted iPhone X when I came in for a repair under warranty 7/2018. I tried to port my number from AT&T to Verizon I and am now stuck with a phone Verizon cannot activate and AT&T can’t port back. FIX THE PROBLEM!

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon This literally happened to me as well. The Verizon agent kept saying “they can only do that over the phone” to just about every question we asked. He got rude and eventually walked away from us. He said “everything’s over the phone now, good bye” Something is wrong @Verizon

    So anyone else on Frontier (by Verizon!) having internet issues? Had to move to backup comms it was so bad.
