Automated computer calls me at the set time and then tells me they’re closed and hangs up. Solid system you got there. This is after 5 calls and 4 hours trying to fix various problems. Worst customer service ever.

All I understood was the Sanford Florida location has no supervisors.

We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.
