    @VZWSupport every few days we have problems with internet connection and it takes ages to get to talk to real person. We even upgraded the router. Nothing helps.

    It’s tough to fathom how awful the customer service was @Verizon Rte 10 store in East Hanover. Made me wait an hour to hand me a phone number to replace a damaged phone. Tell all of your friends. They take their customers for granted. Time to explore other options.

    Just had to switch from Verizon Fios to @optimum Altice because moved and had no choice. It has been a horror story from the get go. It wasn’t installed correctly, they never checked if WiFi was working, it hasn’t worked from the beginning PLUS there’s been an outage for days!

    @VerizonSupport The new back button is very frustrating, we should be given the option to use the new system, or turn it off. It's painfully slow when u want to quickly move between destinations. Consensus in my circle.

    ditched cable yesterday and switched over to verizon internet. its an adjustment but we have the fire stick and roku stick for tv. its not bad!

    @AlticeUSA @optimum I have NEVER in my entire LIFE experienced this HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have never ONCE resolved ANY issue of mine. I rather have NO CABLE than have to deal with this terrible service. If only @verizonfios was in my area now. Miss you Verizon!

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
