I certainly miss the cable interface - it was such a huge step back to switch to Verizon. Aside from the terrible quality of the cable plant in the DC area, they make a lot of good tech.

My call has been dropped 4 separate times after sitting on hold 10-15 minutes each. This is the worst CS experience I could imagine. And HNP sucks. Completely.

If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
