Router was included with our gigabit move order back in May. Monthly calls to CS w/ no follow ups or resolution, just wait until you get your next bill, rinse and repeat.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
