    @VerizonSupport I was told to call back in April to see if there were any better deals than $196-$202 a mo for the same service I’ve had. Fantastic retention plan for a loyal customer. If you have a better plan, I’m all ears bud.

    Sorry about the surprise lack of stream! Huge Verizon outage in my area that's supposed to last until 7:45am. Started at 4pm, so I had no idea earlier. Just figured out that my router seems to interfere with 4G as well if it is down so I didn't say this earlier. Back next week!

    Good thing @Verizon FIOS works well because every time I try to change my service they make me want to run away screaming. Today, I’ve been bouncing around the @VerizonSupport chat for hours with no answers. In the meantime I’m stuck paying outrageous expired contract prices.

    @VerizonSupport FiOS service was cancelled six months ago. For the first three months, auto pay was charged and we finally had it removed from the system. You said we would get a refund. We never did. For three more months you continued to bill us. We continued to call (1/2)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
