    @VerizonSupport I have struggled w/ CS for 3 months to have the router rental charge removed from our bill. Router was included with our gigabit move order back in May. Monthly calls to CS w/ no follow ups or resolution, just wait until you get your next bill, rinse and repeat.

    @h_thoreson @technology With my “former Comcast employee” hat on, many of their technological products are very good. I certainly miss the cable interface - it was such a huge step back to switch to Verizon. Aside from the terrible quality of the cable plant in the DC area, they make a lot of good tech.

    I have been at Verizon for over an hour waiting on hold so I can use my new phone (so angry). A woman just walked in with a flip phone she purchased in 2010. Damn! All the power to her.

    @VerizonSupport I asked to cancel my account without a fee for breaking the contract b/c every problem I have takes at least two hours on the phone. My service hasn’t worked right since I’ve established it. They wouldn’t do that. I’m reconfiguring my budget to take the hit. I hate Verizon.

    @ryanlm92 @verizonfios Well I left Verizon for Cox and had to come back cause their router doesn’t work well with the VPN for my job (disconnects). Now I’m stuck with really bad TV issues but “ok” internet. I just can’t win. Unfortunately those are my only two options here at my condo. 😖

    @verizon has the WORST customer service. It’s a shame Cox couldn’t deliver the services I needed. I’ve been on the phone with someone in another country for almost 20 min just trying to get an upgraded box installed. And now I’ve been disconnected for the 2nd time! #verizonsucks

    Hey @VerizonSupport I’ve been trying for 2 hours to get help with Home Network Protection. My call has been dropped 4 separate times after sitting on hold 10-15 minutes each. This is the worst CS experience I could imagine. And HNP sucks. Completely.

    @PSNiNICK20 @riostoriches I paid $217 for a year of atnt thru us mobile then i paid $120 $ for priority upgrade so im treated like a real atnt customer an not an mvno so my service doesnt degrade in high traffic areas ! And you can change to t mobile or verizon at the click of the warp button!

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 likes for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed like too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    All 3 carriers in my home town, FIBER CUT edition. Verizon and AT&T are using enterprise fiber I think on a few sites in the town which is why VZ only had a few sites down while AT&T had more sites down. Att uses more enterprise fiber on sites as they run it to the school as well, not sure what t mobile uses but theyre chilling. No issues on them.
