    @VerizonSupport yes and it didn’t work. It started last night on one tv. 4.5 hours w/remote tech support withno success. This morning 2 hrs later it was repaired. Happened again 2night. Tech support in India tried 2 help. Now no premium channels & On Demand not working on ALL TV’s!

    Over 45 minute wait time on the phone to get a @VerizonSupport rep, because the iOS app didn’t work. 30 minutes into the phone call, I still have no fix. 75 min in and counting. This is not customer service. This is wasted time from my work day. @verizon

    Once again, @VZWSupport has screwed over business customers by not allowing us to get @disneyplus. We pay a ton and get nothing in return. The only redeeming quality is that your network isn’t complete crap, unlike #TMobile.

    I can’t get through to a human to dispute this and the only human experience I did have with @VerizonSupport was **** after “policy” was regurgitated rather than logic and reasoning. The lady didn’t want to help and today’s callback feature is a scam and a runaround.

    @VerizonSupport No. I bought a new TV and the old set top box doesn’t work well it . So I wanted to get a new box without paying like a new customer. What is the use of staying with a company for 15 years then ?

    @VerizonSupport I'm afraid I'll have to call later again when it's crunch time for work. I'd like to have the confidence of knowing my service will be working 12 hours from now when I need it. I'm concerned the problems of the past four days will repeat themselves. I guess time will tell.

    @VZWSupport The Verizon FIOS app froze up during diagnostics for my lack of service. I then called Verizon Fios support and am coming up on 90 minutes here. The rep will NOT sent a tech - just asking me to repeat things we already did. @verizon @VerizonSupport 90 minutes!!!!

    @DIRECTV @DIRECTVService @ATTCares No one has followed up on this. I was a 20 year DirecTV customer. Horrible customer service. I am trying to pay you to install and I cannot get any help. Should I give up and go to @verizonfios.

    Then went to return my modem at a local drop off and shortly after @VerizonSupport emails me saying I didn’t return all of my modems (I only have one)... they then tell me if I don’t return ‘the other one’ I will be charged $375, makes no sense so I try to call... terrible choice

    Hey @VerizonSupport I’ve been trying for 2 hours to get help with Home Network Protection. My call has been dropped 4 separate times after sitting on hold 10-15 minutes each. This is the worst CS experience I could imagine. And HNP sucks. Completely.

    @hansvestberg @VerizonSupport saga continues. Received refund for past 3 months of paying for 400Mbps, getting 100Mbps. Thx for that. Told would see progress on ticket by today. Change seen: now getting ~22Mbps and paying for 400Mbps. Recommendations for competitor service?

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
