Dave (@dnarepairman) reported from Gaithersburg, MarylandVerizon app really takes cake. 1 min viewing in app store online before logout while phone shopping. 2-factor authorization to re-login generates code. 3 codes and locked for the day...sheesh #verizon #myverizon
-
Seth "Podchain" Lessans (@TujuMaster) reported from Gaithersburg, MarylandOnce again, @VZWSupport has screwed over business customers by not allowing us to get @disneyplus. We pay a ton and get nothing in return. The only redeeming quality is that your network isn’t complete crap, unlike #TMobile.

-
Andy Hoverman (@AndyHoverman) reported from Germantown View, Maryland@S__McBride @VerizonSupport Exactly! Which is part of the reason, that they fail to grasp, why their excuse is so pathetic. Rn, I’m debating if they had just been honest and said “I don’t give a **** about this” would have been a more accurate answer.
-
Andy Hoverman (@AndyHoverman) reported from Germantown View, Maryland@VerizonSupport Update: after being provided a link that doesn’t work...now being told that the folks on social are different from the general customer support. Amazing how many hoops they’ve created. Begs the question of if the hoops are designed to work for or against the customer. 🤔

Silk (@CptSilkTTV) reported from Rockville, MarylandI can’t get through to a human to dispute this and the only human experience I did have with @VerizonSupport was **** after “policy” was regurgitated rather than logic and reasoning. The lady didn’t want to help and today’s callback feature is a scam and a runaround.
-

-
Felicia’s Patna (@ULoving4) reported@Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.
-
Natural of Fact (@jason_mozi22597) reported@TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.

Cris Rogers (@Crisrogers) reported@ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

-
The Millennials (@Whoisballing) reported@GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
