    @VerizonSupport Browsing the web is fine. But Verizon issues (which started last Thursday) are preventing stable enough connections to our work VPN for many colleagues in the DC area to stay connected. Things worked for me early Monday, but by late afternoon, everything slowed. Unusable by 7pm.

    @S__McBride @VerizonSupport Exactly! Which is part of the reason, that they fail to grasp, why their excuse is so pathetic. Rn, I’m debating if they had just been honest and said “I don’t give a **** about this” would have been a more accurate answer.

    Somehow made it through the day without meaningful access to internet. @Verizon @VerizonSupport, gotta say how awful it is to have a 2nd significant outage in mere months and not be able to get someone out until a day and a half later.

    @VZWSupport - my family is trying to help our cousin with dementia straighten out some issues with her plan, get a new phone, etc. No one knows her PIN. We gone to a store, can’t reach a human on the phone.

    @VZWSupport The Verizon FIOS app froze up during diagnostics for my lack of service. I then called Verizon Fios support and am coming up on 90 minutes here. The rep will NOT sent a tech - just asking me to repeat things we already did. @verizon @VerizonSupport 90 minutes!!!!

    @VerizonSupport I'm afraid I'll have to call later again when it's crunch time for work. I'd like to have the confidence of knowing my service will be working 12 hours from now when I need it. I'm concerned the problems of the past four days will repeat themselves. I guess time will tell.

    @VerizonSupport there have been problems with FIOS internet service since last Thursday. I'm in the 20852 zip code. Trying to get work done, but having nearly 10% packet loss. A colleague on the west coast is pinging websites in MY area twice as fast as I can.

    @hansvestberg Sir, can you please tell me why we’ve been billed for our requested FIOS speed upgrade since May but have never received the actual upgrade in speed? Your cust. service keeps telling us they will investigate and call back, but never call back. @VerizonSupport

    Then went to return my modem at a local drop off and shortly after @VerizonSupport emails me saying I didn’t return all of my modems (I only have one)... they then tell me if I don’t return ‘the other one’ I will be charged $375, makes no sense so I try to call... terrible choice

    Hey @VerizonSupport @verizonfios!! I called you earlier today to inquire about a POSSIBLE change to our FIOS package. 1 hour later I got an email confirming a cancelation of our service that I NEVER REQUESTED! All our services have gone out. Your CS is closed 'til MONDAY. HELP!!!

    @hansvestberg @VerizonSupport saga continues. Received refund for past 3 months of paying for 400Mbps, getting 100Mbps. Thx for that. Told would see progress on ticket by today. Change seen: now getting ~22Mbps and paying for 400Mbps. Recommendations for competitor service?

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
