Saw a USPS man jump out his USPS whip to close a gas tank on a car at a stop sign. This (among many other reasons) is why the USPS is the superior government service

@RepAdamSchiff Are you fxxg kidding me, Sir!? You’ve been in Congress how long now during which the USPS has been an absolute disaster and NOW you want to ‘save’ the postal service? Honestly how does your wife even sleep in the same house as you? You’re the epitome of the Mad Hatter for the HOR

@FedEx I had an express package that arrived at my local distribution location late morning Friday. It is not scheduled for delivery until Tuesday. Rather than show good customer service and deliver it ASSP you are letting it sit on a shelf!! Why?? You are no better than @USPS

@SpeakerPelosi @USPS Remember, there is no ongoing assault on the Postal Service. This is a lie.

👋 @boxycharm I sent a customer service email on 7/10 and DM’d your Instagram with no response. Can I please get some assistance? We moved to Virginia this month and my box was delivered to Maine. Contacted FedEx and USPS who both couldn’t help.

@heyypay I’ve been having the same issue but (according to the tracking anyway) when UPS transferred it to USPS for delivery they realized the address was wrong and sent it to my new address and I should have it in a few days. So just set up mail forwarding with USPS!

@sueboo69 Not trying to make excuses but -No USPS mail processing and delivery operations can be done remotely, including mail forwarding. USPS is impacted by covid like virtually all businesses. If schools close, and you can't work remotely, child care becomes a big problem.

@amyklobuchar We're not even sure we are going to continue to have reliable universal mail service from "We deliver for you" USPS. But universal broadband could be provided everywhere by a public private partnership building on the ideas of the Rural Electrification Administration.

  • DannyMacShoot
    🇺🇸Dannytheman🇺🇸 (@DannyMacShoot) reported

@RepMGS I want you to change the laws for the USPS. Instead of them raising the stamp process again, how about we reduce the deliveries to 4 days a week. Cut staff and allow people who subscribe to the online service to choose if they want the deliveries. Then reverse the cost of business mailings. Make them expensive to the bulk sender.

  • CaliforniaRifle
    The California Rifleman (@CaliforniaRifle) reported

@KTVU The USPS wants ever more money to transport ever less 1st Class mail. Meanwhile, private carriers have seen huge profits in parcel deliveries. Force USPS to compete! Stop hiring unfit DEI employees, fire unproductive, unwilling, and incompetent workers. Focus on customer service!

  • Christy82635445
    Christy Massey (@Christy82635445) reported

@USPS You’re talking about harming postal workers pensions? The entire @USPS needs to be reformed! Poor service. I do everything to stay away from.@USPS! Typical government run agency that does not do their jobs!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

  • ElectExilee
    Abel (@ElectExilee) reported

The expected delivery time and date got extended to a 3rd day. For a package destination 5 miles away. 😭 USPS is an example of government inefficiency.

  • Flubbytombstone
    Flubby Tombstone (@Flubbytombstone) reported

Congress should forfeit the usps & all its assets to Amazon asap. It was designed to be a break even service to Americans but has shown to be nothing but a failed experiment that has turned into a money pit for your tax dollars. Privatize the us postal service now.

  • matt_kern
    Matt Kern (@matt_kern) reported
