USPS said cannot fwd from a bus to a bus so we could put mail on hold. Did that and got a confirmation number for that too. went to check on mail @ Prentice Dr. Dulles VA. All Mail GONE!

Bernie Spriggs (@BerniespJr) reported from Chantilly, Virginia@USPS 3rd issue No Mail because carrier continued to deliver mail (ON HOLD with a USPS confirmation #) refused because we checked out , and instead of an EMAIL or PHONE CALL someone overrode the hold (still in effect til March) Supervisor said system canceled Hold.

But universal broadband could be provided everywhere by a public private partnership building on the ideas of the Rural Electrification Administration.

We moved to Virginia this month and my box was delivered to Maine. Contacted FedEx and USPS who both couldn’t help.

USPS is impacted by covid like virtually all businesses. If schools close, and you can't work remotely, child care becomes a big problem.

Matter of fact it was on a very rare occasion it didn't show up on time with UPS. Since since USPS started doing deliveries it's been more frequent. When I order stuff through FedEx, it is never late, and sometimes it's a day early.

Blackthorn Digital Forensics 🇺🇸 (@BlackthornDF) reported@Roadie is a horrid company to have deliver goods. They make the USPS look like a model of efficiency and good customer service. (And just to be clear, USPS sucks.) Out of four deliveries in the last few years from the local @HomeDepot two of them have been incomplete. For the Roadie managers counting on their fingers, that's a 50% FAILURE RATE. If this wasn't bad enough, they don't make good on the problem. In both cases, I had to make repeat calls to HomeDepot over several days, and neither case was it resolved satisfactorily. I had to drive to Home Depot to pick up the missing items myself. HD staff: "We hate them, but we're forced to use them." Instead of charging a delivery fee, they should pay for the customers' time wasted trying to straighten out their screwups.

Rumi (@Rumin1372690) reported@BellasBodega If you're doing business through USPS it's your job to make sure the package is properly insured for the right dollar amount because all USPS does is destroy packages. The customer needs to take it up with USPS. It's not your problem after you ship it off.
