I mailed it a week before due date!! I found where the check had cleared but USPS was so slow in delivery of their notice it was overcome. USPS in trouble.

I have stated that the need to be literate should be a requirement of employment with the postal service too, we regularly have mail go missing or delivered to the wrong address; an address occupied by people who tend to keep that mail.
