    @UPS can your delivery drivers actually read? I have a sign that says "All delivery upstairs please" I even put up a barrier! Yet every time your drivers leave our packages at a lower door with blocked access from inside the house. Are they illiterate, lazy or just stupid?

    @LunchWithALens @LIEvans @UPS It was a once in a lifetime trip to b France and Spain, and I understood a snow delay at the time (I happily flew out with no delay between the snow storms), but now the incompetence clearly can't be blamed on snow! 😆

    @UPS @FedEx @DHLUS etc..your workers really need a big raise to help keep them working, motivated and to help them support the ones in their family who are not working. I talking big ******* raises. 💰💰💰 They’re some real hero’s in all this.

    @komonews @ConnieKOMO: @UPS has a rumored system outage affecting many in Seattle. They're blaming the snow for massive backup in deliveries, but can't even tell anyone where or when they'll get packages. Mine should have arrived 2/5! Someone needs to investigate! #SeattleUPSfail

    @UPS we had a freight package scheduled for delivery on the 26th. It didnt come during our time window. We called and were told to await a call from the freight service for a reschedule which never came & have called every day since and have been given the run around. Pls help us

    @jbeda @UPS I have 3 Amazon packages I paid $$ to have overnight shipped on *February 3rd* for a 2/6 vacay. I get the same daily notices that my packages are "out for delivery today"...then every day, same weather delay BS & they have no clue when they'll arrive STILL!!#UPSfail

    @AmazonHelp This will be my 4th time contacting you guys. I just sent another message. I just want to get the stuff I ordered on 2/3 for overnight delivery by 2/5. I appreciate the refund, but it's not solved until I have the merchandise I ordered. @UPS is ruining @amazon's reputation here!

    @UPSHelp Everytime we called the helpline during business hrs they also told us they couldn't help us. This is horrible customer service & I am totally unhappy. This exchange did not help me either. We have been stood up and given the run around all week.

    I hate HAVING to be home to sign for packages. I’m trying to play call of duty with my headset on & I can’t hear ****. @UPS & @FedEx need to learn from Amazon to send notifications if the driver is there & is having issues and to be able to check the GPS location of the driver🙄

    @UPS My next day delivery just changed from “out for delivery” to “destination scan”. What is going on, it was supposed to be delivered today!

    @amazon @AmazonHelp maybe you guys know of these issues internally already but I see posts from the past year at least with this same sort of issue. @UPS is not having packages delivered marking them miltiple times as “attempted delivery” no show. No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

    @DHLexpress your division on Curacao doesn't honor their delivery dates, and it happened multiple times. I'm gonna ship with @UPS from now on. Have a nice weekend

    @UPS I received a notification from Amazon stating that a delivery was attempted, but it couldn’t be made because the business was closed. The delivery location is not a business and a place of residence with no hurdles whatsoever

    Hey @UPS 1. Correct address was provided. 2. Someone was at residence every time you stated nobody at residence. 3. Someone was at residence every time you stated delivery was refused. Never refused, correct address, available. Now what?
