This is horrible customer service & I am totally unhappy. This exchange did not help me either. We have been stood up and given the run around all week.

I get the same daily notices that my packages are "out for delivery today"...then every day, same weather delay BS & they have no clue when they'll arrive STILL!!#UPSfail

No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.
