    Second time I ordered something down @Costco and @ups couldn’t deliver it. UPS is terrible. Their truck broke down and they refuse to upgrade me to a Saturday service. #UPS

    @UPS Explain your customer service process.. Fully automated can't speak to a human. Your system hangs up without reaching resolution. Your live chat just did the same thing. I am a small business owner, my package will now not on time. Resolution Please!!

    @UPSHelp why has a package been loaded onto a truck for delivery for three days and no attempt to actually deliver it to me been made. I can watch the truck come into my neighborhood on your "follow my delivery" map and not even try to deliver it to my house. #upshelp #upsnohelp

    I’ve been using @UPS exclusively for 2+ decades ($50k+/yr account). Their customer service has become useless. I get an agent who barely speaks English repeating the same line over & over, fighting with me when I ask for a supervisor. Unbelievably horrible experience.

    Hey @UPS what kind of scam is this? Ordered an @Apple iPad to be delivered to my home, and I get a text that I have to reply within 12 hours to change this or my package gets delivered to an Access Point? Is Apple aware you're trying to cheap out on delivery?

    @UPS Please, where is my parcel? Yous have gone silent in the private message. I need my order today. It makes no sense that it was loaded onto the delivery truck since 8am yet it hasn’t been delivered. I have been unto customer service and yous are unhelpful.

    @UPS and @mercari_app , I have been going around in circles trying to solve where my package is and I’m very upset with the lack of attention either one of your companies have given me the buyer in retrieving what is mine. Terrible service. To lose my package with no recovery.

    **** @UPS these god damn deliveries get a street over from me with an expected deliver of 10am-12pm and then the driver goes all the way back out to the next city over and the ETA updates to 9pm holy ****
