    @UPS Explain your customer service process.. Fully automated can't speak to a human. Your system hangs up without reaching resolution. Your live chat just did the same thing. I am a small business owner, my package will now not on time. Resolution Please!!

    @UPSHelp why has a package been loaded onto a truck for delivery for three days and no attempt to actually deliver it to me been made. I can watch the truck come into my neighborhood on your "follow my delivery" map and not even try to deliver it to my house. #upshelp #upsnohelp

    @amazon @awscloud @UPS UPS is the best, most reliable delivery service. They follow directions to deliver to doors, not throw in mailrooms as others.

    @UPS 1ZE4B2544289458475 The update on UPS says they try to deliver my package the delivery that was scheduled from two until 6 PM local in Tacoma Washington. They said they couldn’t deliver it at 12:30 local at Spanaway Washington.

    @UPS your customer service lied to me all because the drivers on my route are too lazy to look for a house. I've lived here 4 years and only 1 of the 100s of packages I've had shipped via UPS has been delivered. AND I was told that it couldn't be held for me to pick up!
