So @UPS left it unsecured & I’m SHOCKED someone stole my $1,000 iPhone. @ATT won’t refund me or let me upgrade until UPS closes its investigation. This is day 7 of this madness. SOMEONE FIX IT.

That is, does not buzz the at the main door and speak to them on the intercom so the receiver gives them access. Then leaves a notice when they were HOME ALL DAY.

MokaBlast (@MokaBlast) reported@UPS all this 💩company does it lie and never delivery my packages. 4 years in business and I have missed over 50 plus packages as their workers are way to lazy to even walk up to my doorbell and ring it yet they always say attempted. I hate what Brown POS dos to me. @FedEx I commend you guys for always being outstanding.
