My opinion, #ups franchise, I think all stores should at least have the base standards to service customers. Something as simple as taping a box shouldn’t be a huge inconvenience. 🙃

Delivery costs are irrelevant because the routes are so ridged and the drivers are so inconsistent that your shipment better not be important or needed supplies.

Apparently they needed me to sign, so I missed the delivery. Went to house today and waited for 8 hours. Was just notified the delivery ran late and will come Monday. This sucks @UPS.
