My opinion, #ups franchise, I think all stores should at least have the base standards to service customers. Something as simple as taping a box shouldn’t be a huge inconvenience. 🙃

On Mon, I was told it would arrive on Tues-no delivery. Tue, I was told it would arrive on Wed-No Delivery. Was told it would arrive on Thur-no delivery. See a pattern!

Apparently they needed me to sign, so I missed the delivery. Went to house today and waited for 8 hours. Was just notified the delivery ran late and will come Monday. This sucks @UPS.

Time-definite service—or your money back." Cool. This is why I pay $35 to have something arrive TOMORROW. That's what next day means.

Delivery costs are irrelevant because the routes are so ridged and the drivers are so inconsistent that your shipment better not be important or needed supplies.

My package made it to Tacoma, but was then rerouted to Kentucky before delivery date or delivery attempt, and without notice. It was scheduled for delivery today, but UPS now shows delivery date of 6 days away. Why? What happened?
