    @TMobile is the snake of wireless. They told me they had to switch my sprint plan to something compatible with T-Mobile. I’m now paying $40 more per month for a shittier plan with crap service. @Verizon I think I’m coming on over!

    Dear @TMobileHelp @TMobile We just migrated from Sprint to you because we were told we had to. 3 phones did not work after we left the store. We were able to get 3 work but one did not have service in a portion of house. After FOUR HOURS on phone with CS it doesn’t work at all

    @TMobileHelp The person will not help me. I have a severe leg disability and cannot go into a store. I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?

    @TMobile @SriniGopalan for the second time in less than a week my service of 5 phone lines and 1 home internet was canceled, due to "my death"! I cannot communicte with my children, my wife and no wifi/tv/gaming at home...the first time was for 4 days, it was canceled again

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
