    Sir, my family made the switch to @sprint a month ago today and your service is so horrific that we’re eager to be canceling our contract today (1 month grace period) and are gonna switch to @tmobile Moral of the story: your expensive yet shit service is trash just like your EX.

    @TMobileHelp The person will not help me. I have a severe leg disability and cannot go into a store. I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?

    @CosmicChirp @TXAG I’m just being a ********. He sued Pfizer back in 2023 but nothing has come from it. He should help me sue T-Mobile but he’s declined or not responded to every request for help I’ve sent him.
