    @TMobile I been calling and texting for over two weeks to try to help my poor uncle that doesn’t speak English and your company staff are washing their hand charging him $1800 harassing him for payment this is elderly abused if something happens to him it’s on you

    Dear @TMobileHelp @TMobile We just migrated from Sprint to you because we were told we had to. 3 phones did not work after we left the store. We were able to get 3 work but one did not have service in a portion of house. After FOUR HOURS on phone with CS it doesn’t work at all

    @TMobileHelp The person will not help me. I have a severe leg disability and cannot go into a store. I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?
