    @TMobileHelp Well it's just bad/weak all over the city. Can't tell you the exact address as you usually ask. I'm just surprised because I used to be coming to NYC many times and coverage was always great. What happened now is surprising. #TMobile

    Dear @TMobileHelp @TMobile We just migrated from Sprint to you because we were told we had to. 3 phones did not work after we left the store. We were able to get 3 work but one did not have service in a portion of house. After FOUR HOURS on phone with CS it doesn’t work at all

    @TMobileHelp The person will not help me. I have a severe leg disability and cannot go into a store. I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?

    @CosmicChirp @TXAG I’m just being a ********. He sued Pfizer back in 2023 but nothing has come from it. He should help me sue T-Mobile but he’s declined or not responded to every request for help I’ve sent him.
