    Never thought I say this but @TMobile thank you for buying off @sprint. My service is super improved well I never had that much issue with it but the prices are amazing. Just save a lot on my upgrade. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    @x_ceb T mobile is great if you live in the city. I have great service 97% of the times, my bill is less then $55 with phone and watch services included. It’s worth the switch, I had AT&T and switched back To TMobile ASAP

    @TMobile So tmobile see people are losing their jobs and only source of communication is our cell phones but damn they can harassed people over n over n over. One customer service rep told me that she dont care what we go thru for me to better pay my bill. Complete shock.

    @TMobileHelp @TMobile why is my bill due the 22nd and after I pay you completely cut my service off and give me an excuse that I have to wait till the 2nd for the phone to work again I would like a full refund and u can’t take this garbage service back

    @JohnLegere @TMobile ...for them or let me know that we had to file a complaint because what they did was wrong and technically illegal and now you can not get service for the next almost here until we figure this out and we’re going to try to do our best to figure this out

    @TMobile I cancelled my T-Mobile order after never receiving devices and was refunded. Months later, I’m being reported to collections and was just denied credit because of this, even though my credit score is over 800. Multiple attempts to resolve this have failed.

    @TMobileHelp Another $30 charge. Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place. I want my money back asap and for these fraudulent charges to stop!

    @TMobile 20 years as a loyal T-Mobile customer, Customer service has turned into a nightmare: endless wait times on 611, offshore reps who can’t help. Fix this or I’m taking all my lines (and my 20-year loyalty) somewhere else. @TMobileHelp @TMobile #Tmobile #CustomerServiceFail
