    @SuddenlinkHelp There is an ongoing Internet issue. Zip code 75773. I can't call support line as I depend 100% on the internet connection. How can I get the issue resolved. Restarted cable modem a few times didn't help.

    @MullenKristin @Suddenlink They are horrible, boys had them in the tent house. It took Jason talking to multiple people to get service canceled. Then they still charged us a $100.00 for the not return the stuff, that they said they would send out a return label.

    @SimplyMatthias @Ask_Spectrum You have to get fiber optic. We had spectrum when it was Suddenlink…their speeds and service are beyond terrible. It’s the whole reason they changed their name because they ruined it.

    @teslaloosa @Starlink I think we have AT&T? We also have Optimum (Suddenlink), and T-Mobile is moving in crazy fast. Oh and Vexus? Yeah we tried them last and they REALLY pissed us off. If you have more than like 4-6 devices connected they throttle the speed like crazy. So 2 cells, 2 TVs, 3 computers, 2 iPads, Security system, and misc things added up fast. And with the other fiber company, the city or whoever would keep digging and hitting the lines and cutting the service for who knows how long. And also just random outages for whatever reason.

    @DavidMarts13 My fav scams I have encountered were the guy who tried 2 get me 2 believe that mom's suddenlink cable was through DirecTV & if I didn't get him access 2 her cable boxes she would lose her service by the next Monday. Didn't get anything but laughed @ & years later still got cable.

    **** suddenlink AND optimum both dog **** *** internet companies. anyways, i had to end stream because my internet keeps going out. =) Idk when ill be able to stream again. Sadge.

    @terryapodaca I haven’t had any issues with AT&T. Is Suddenlink now Spectrum?

    @wooknponub I went through that a few years back with Suddenlink which is now Optimum. Over an hour for them to figure it out and I had a Motorola surfboard which was one of the most common cable modems. Their service was trash also so moved to fiber once it was available

    Just got done talking to apartment managers and even they said the service is bad and their trying to get out of the contract and swap providers 💀 Suddenlink is predatory

    Who recommends @HughesNet? This @Optimum (@Suddenlink) is down more than it works.
