    @stacieebaabyy @Suddenlink Well the signal strength is fine, full bars everywhere in the house. The @Suddenlink router is just trash. Same as pretty much all providers.

    @MullenKristin @Suddenlink They are horrible, boys had them in the tent house. It took Jason talking to multiple people to get service canceled. Then they still charged us a $100.00 for the not return the stuff, that they said they would send out a return label.

    @SuddenlinkHelp There is an ongoing Internet issue. Zip code 75773. I can't call support line as I depend 100% on the internet connection. How can I get the issue resolved. Restarted cable modem a few times didn't help.

    .@Suddenlink @optimum rolls in and switches every goddamn account over and I haven't been able to login for months. I can't get any help with it either. They're still auto-billing me though.

    Ever since the switch from suddenlink to @optimum my internet has been pure trash. Y’all suck and this is the last week ima deal with your ****** *** customer service and service in general. Only reason why I say week is because I got AT&T coming out on Saturday. **** y’all

    @wooknponub I went through that a few years back with Suddenlink which is now Optimum. Over an hour for them to figure it out and I had a Motorola surfboard which was one of the most common cable modems. Their service was trash also so moved to fiber once it was available
